In the last few weeks it has been pretty quiet around the Garden Dormouse house. Apart from a few occasional visits from the mouse and Garden Dormouse, not much has happened.
Until now. Because in the night from Wednesday to Thursday, the camera in the cave reported one movement after the other.
The viewing of the video and picture material amazed and enraptured me at the same time.
Mama Garden Dormouse, yes that’s right, MAMA, has presumably moved her baby from the natal nest to my nest.
In the course of the night, a total of 3 little Garden Dormouse found a new home in the fluff of moss and wool.
What a great event.
